Governance and Pace Layering
Both CGBoard asia pacific and PreterLex recognise the value of
doing things right the first time as well as ensuring that they
stay 'right'. Governance in its many forms features highly in our
collaborative efforts in providing proactive capability to our
clients.
We recognise that not all organisations work at the same pace,
nor in fact do different parts of the same organisation work at the
same pace. We approach all of our engagements recognising that pace
must be adapted to the individual, organisation and market.
With this in mind we actively integrate 'pace layering'
into all of our activies so that our delivery into organisations is
optimal and targeted. Pace layering allows us to deliver
incremementally across different parts of the organsation without
losing momentum while at the same time providing measurable benefit
with managed risk.
