How do I make a group booking?
Simple - email our customer service team at training@preterlex.com
and tell us which course and location and how many people you'd
like to book for. Our team will help you book up and may be able to
identify one or more discounts which may be available
Are all of your courses public? Can
I request a private or on-site course?
All of our courses are public - but you can request that any of
them be delivered as a single company event. In this case it will
also be possible in most cases for us to align any case study or
other material to your organisation's situation
What discounts are available?
We have 3 types of discount available:
- Early bird - if you book a certain numer of days before a
course is due to run you'll rceive a discounted
- Organisation type - certain types of organisation are eligible
for discounts, e.g. government departments, non-for-profit
organisations, charities
- *COMING SOON* - our Passport scheme allows you to
prepurchase a number of seats for a particular course in groups of
25, 50 and 75 - each with an increasing discount applied. The
Passport for any given course is valid for a year from the date of
purchase
How will I know if the course I'm interested
in is confirmed to run?
The course detail page has this information at the bottom and in
the right-hand sidebar. If there are no dates for the course you're
interested in please email us at training@preterlex.com
I'm unemployed - am I eligible for any
discounts?
You may be, please contact us at training@preterlex.com and
explain your situation as there is a good chance that we will be
able to offer some assistance
